The Carmelite convent  - part of the order which was established in 1451- was opened by the Duke Fabrizio Cantelmo. Located along the perimeter wall of the city, and facing the valley overlooked by Monte Genzana, it has a loggia on the facade and the remains of decorations and wall frescoes After a substantial restoration, the premises have been made into 15 separate apartments.
